This course will give you an insight into successfully gaining a job, progressing in a chosen field, preparing for further study and developing skills for independent living. The course focuses on key areas of employability such as presentation skills, effective communication, interview skills, working as part of a team and safe learning in the workplace. You will work towards a Level 1 Certificate in Employability, in addition to Functional Skills/GCSE Maths and English.
Ages: 16-18
Additional Facilities and Support
Support is provided to assist with learners coming to and from college. There are different entrances to use depending on the needs of the learners. At break and lunch times, there is also support within the conservatory and café to help with ordering food, money skills and to ensure all learners feel safe, relaxed and comfortable.
